Welcome to the incredible journey of "Third", a 15-year-old freshman track and field athlete from Columbus, GA whose passion for the sport ignited at age 5 with the West Georgia Jets. For a full decade, Third has consistently represented the Jets in AAU Club Championships nationwide, evolving from a versatile athlete in the long jump, 100m, and 200m dashes into an elite hurdler/sprinter. His unwavering dedication has led to a remarkable progression of achievements.

Third’s talent became evident early. As an 8th grader, he earned a place on the GIAA High School Championship podium, finishing 6th against seasoned high school competitors. His steady rise through national competition in North Carolina, Florida, and Texas culminated in a breakout Junior Olympics performance in Houston, where he earned a #3 national ranking overall in his event.

He currently ranks #2 nationally in the 400m hurdles within his age group and holds multiple top rankings across hurdle and sprint events. He has also broken several meet records while continuing to establish himself as one of the country’s top young track athletes.

This season, he shattered expectations by clocking an astonishing 10.86 seconds in the 100-meter dash, officially breaking the elite 11-second barrier and solidifying his position as one of the fastest underclassmen in the country. He continues to excel in the demanding hurdle events, with impressive times of 15.83 seconds in the 110m Hurdles and 57.96 in the 400m Hurdles. With the support of a dedicated hurdle trainer and an unwavering commitment to improvement, he continues refining his technique and pushing toward even greater heights.

Currently preparing for the 2026 New Balance Nationals in Pennsylvania, Third remains focused on competing at the highest level while continuing to represent his community with discipline, determination, and excellence. His journey reflects years of hard work, consistency, and a deep passion for the sport, with his sights firmly set on an even bigger future ahead.
